Status: This item has been sold
Sold by: The Silver Cabinet

This is an attractive pair of decanter labels, dating from the reign of William IV.

The hallmarks are crisp of the back of each label but there is no date letter. From the style and direction of the Monarch''s head and the style of the maker''s mark, we can date these to the 1830''s. The maker was Henry Wilkinson & Co.

The labels are for Gin and Whiskey and the names are surrounded by leaf and scroll embossed border decorations. The heavy chains are well attached.
