This is a very useful solid sterling silver twin-handled bowl.
It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1936, with the maker''s mark of Charles S Green & Co Ltd. The angular side handles have an Art Deco feel and the bowl stands easily on a circular pedestal foot.
Being free from engravings it would be useful as a trophy. Alternatively, as it is quaiche-shaped, it would make a solid Whisky taster or simply a bowl for general use around the home.
