The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement, signed Erlim, which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has some surface scratching.
The watch itself measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.
The case is in good condition and the engine turned detail is still nice and crisp.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is an acrylic lens. The original glass lenses were often replaced with acrylic when they broke as it is much more durable.
The white enamel dial has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. There are a few faint hairline cracks.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
