Antique Victorian Oak Settle, Monks Bench, Hall Seat. This antique Victorian 19th century carved oak box settle / hall seat / monks bench would look wonderful in a hall. The carved oak settle has four lovely carved panels to the back surrounded by carved boarder. The seat has carved scroll decoration and this lifts for storage. Under you have two panels with scroll decoration and a carved lions head. The end supports are well carved and the arms have a carved bird type figure. Circa 1880
