Solid Silver Art Nouveau Tankard 1898

Description

A superb SOLID SILVER TANKARD made by the well-known silversmiths of Walker & Hall.

Standing on a sloped base, the conical shaped tankard has a lovely decorated rim and a slender ‘D-shaped’ handle. The tankard retains its original gilt coating to the inside and is free from any added monograms, initials or engraving.

In excellent condition, this stunning piece would make a fabulous christening gift or would enhance any collection.
