Victorian Silver Batchelor’s Sugar Bowl By Atkin Brothers of Sheffield 1895

This is a very attractive piece, the design has rectangular shape and is decorated with flowers and acanthus swags, there is a motto on one side C O N F I D O which translates from the Latin as TRUST

The Bowl has a tiered foot and aa scalloped super edge with a flat topped handle at each side, the bowl is fully hall marked and has registration masks on the underside. A lovely piece in excellent condition
