This stunning silver and guilloche enamel hat pin dates to circa 1930. The central blue enamel panel is heightened with a white border, which in turn is decorated with a series of black dots. The enamel is mounted on a rotating silver back and the pin is made from steel. A lovely example, dimensions below.
