A good quality and attractive French kingwood bombe 4 drawer chest. The front and sides of the chest are of bombe form and each drawer has applied decorative ormolu mounts and handles. The stiles having a chamfered edge with very good shaped mounts and further ormolu sabots to the feet. The rouge variegated marble top is in excellent condition with no chips or damage and the whole stands on splayed feet with shaped apron.
