Description

Early 20th Century mahogany cylinder desk in the Chinese Chippendale style, the top has a gallery running along the sides and back, with the cylinder below is panelled and moulded with carving at the centre opening to reveal a leather writing surface, eight small compartments and five small drawers, below the cylinder are two short over one long mahogany lined drawers, the drawer fronts have blind fret decoration and lovely brass handles, the whole thing is standing on fabulous carved legs. Circa 1910.
