A gents 9ct gold Accurist wrist watch, 1958.

The watch has a Swiss 21-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Accurist name, a name registered in 1956 by Accurist Watch Ltd.

The watch itself measures 33.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Edinburgh 1958, with a case maker's mark for the British Watch Case Company. The case has some marking to the back, possibly from an earlier thread through style strap.

The front of the case and the lens are in good condition.

The signed dial is in lovely condition with original hands and centre seconds hand.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
