Description

A gents Longines wrist watch, 1952.

The watch has a hand-winding movement, calibre 12.68ZS, which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Longines name and the serial number 8,750,012 dates it back to 1952.

The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is gold plated with a stainless steel back. There is a little wear to the plate, mainly on the back of the lug tips. The inside of the case back has the Longines name and wings logo. The winding crown is a later replacement.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial has its original hands, centre seconds hand and outer minute markers.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
