Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
Like many Arts and Crafts pieces, this appears to be a one-off. In good condition, the chair frame is solid and sturdy and the fabric appears original. This tall and impressive chair would look stunning in the hall of an Arts and Crafts house.

Very good condition, solid and sturdy. There fabric appears original, and is understandably quite worn and has marks to it, although the webbing is still fine and is certainly useable as a chair. General wear and marks to the frame commensurate with age.
