Description

An excellent burr walnut serpentine fronted chest of drawers in the early Georgian style. Of very good construction in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers and solid oak drawer linings. The serpentine shaped top is cross banded with herring bone inlay and sits over an arrangement of 4 long graduated drawers all fitted with original solid brass hardware. With fluted canted corners and sitting well on solid bracket feet. We have had this chest sympathetically repolished in our workshops and it is now offered for sale in excellent condition with a wonderful colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
