Regency Figured Rosewood Card Table. Circa 1805

19th century
Description

Top quality high Regency veneered figured rosewood card table with wide satinwood banding to top and inlaid with boxwood lines. Standing on bold sabre legs and having line inlay to frieze. The back two legs gated to swing out to support top when open. All in wonderful original condition with what appears to be the original beige inside (a little marked but can be replaced if required) with no splits, cracks, warps or repairs. Superb rich colour with fine waxed patina.
