Handsome English Sterling Silver Napkin Ring - Original Presentation Box

Description

A superb antique solid or sterling napkin ring complete with it's original box with an Ivory silk and royal blue velvet interior.

The napkin ring has an elegant beaded edging to both top and bottom and a vacant shield shaped cartouche on both sides, so good be engraved if desired. These are joined around the sides be beautifully engraved garlands.

There is a crisp British hallmark for Sheffield 1918 together with the makers initials J R for John Round & Son Ltd.

The silver is a good thick gauge making this a good solid piece. Excellent condition measuring 1 1/8" this with a diameter measuring 1 7/8"; the box measures 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" x 2 1/2" tall.
