Superb Quality Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Triple Wardrobe Armoire C1900

Description

Please note that the photographs of this superb wardrobe do it no justice as it was a very bad day for lighting.

This is a superb quality antique edwardian inlaid mahogany triple wardrobe and dating from aorund 1900. It has a cornice top with inlaid dental moulding and a deep mahogany frieze with three mahogany inlaid panels. There is a central bevelled edge full length mirrored door which has fine stringing to the edges and a beautifully panelled door to either side again with cross banded edges and fine inlaid stringing to the quartered panels. It stands on a deep plinth base.

Internally to the centre there are four mahogany sliding trays above three graduating drawers all of which are mahogany lined and with brass handles. To either side there is full length hanging space with brass rail and original brass hooks.

A superb quality triple wardrobe which separates into 6 pieces for ease of transporting.

It is in very good condition with a good colour and lovely patination to the mahogany.

It measures: 84" high X 24" deep X 19" internal depth X 86" wide
