Art Deco World has dated this piece to the 1930s.

The beautifully presented burr walnut top has a superb pattern of grain, and the stepped sides which flank it further increase the terrific presence of this piece. The fall is every bit as well finished and stands out brilliantly, while fitted to it are a pair of chrome handles and a working lock with key. When the fall is pulled down it also activates the top which raises into an upright position, and the two are connected to one another by chrome brackets.

All of the fittings remain properly secured within the cabinet when the fall is opened and shut, and it's reverse side is mirrored to stop any spillage from harming the lining. The back is also mirrored, and contributes furthermore to the overall appeal of this piece.

The cupboard doors continue to exhibit fantastic burr walnut graining, while another pair of typically Art Deco handles are fitted, as is a working lock with key. Internally there are separate circular compartments for housing bottles, and the reverse side of the right hand door has hooks to attach a tray.
The condition is excellent having been through our workshops and restored.
