Sheraton Revival Satinwood Display Table

1900 - 1920
Description

A lovely quality and pretty late 19th century Sheraton Revival DISPLAY TABLE in excellent and original condition.

Sometimes referred to as a 'Bijouterie Table' this good example is veneered in satinwood and inlaid with 'panels' around the frieze. The 'kidney' shaped glazed top lifts open to reveal the velvet-lined interior and it is raised on inlaid satinwood tapering legs united by curved a "X" frame stretcher. Complete with working lock and key. 24ins wide; 16ins deep (at the centre) 30ins high. (62 x 40.5 x 76cms)
