Victorian Burr Walnut Davenport with a Brass Galleried Ink and Pen Cabine

Description

A very good Victorian Burr Walnut Davenport with a brass galleried ink and pen cabinet, above a concave bureau section, fitted with two small drawers to the interior, the whole interior veneered in Birds eye Maple. The bureau section raised on carved, scrolling front supports. The right hand side with a cupboard door, opening to reveal four full width drawers with the original recessed handles. This piece is of such high quality that the back is also finished in Burr Walnut and the whole is raised on turned bun feet with casters.
