Large Edwardian Solid Silver Inkwell and Tray 1908

This Large SOLID SILVER INKWELL & TRAY was made by J.C.Vickery of Regent St, London in 1900.

The tray is of oblong form and stands on four ball feet with a raised rim. Attached to the tray are two pen rests and a superb square inkwell with hinged lid and original glass insert. The interior of the inkwell retains the original gilt coating.

Made from heavy gauge silver and free from any added inscriptions, monograms or initials, this lovely desk set is in excellent condition and would look superb on any desk or would enhance any collection.

There is one fixing nut missing from the underside.
