The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working well.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 10ct gold filled and is the Moon model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company, an English company who had close ties with Waltham. The case has light surface marks from use but overall it is in nice condition.

The watch glass is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark.
The enamel dial is in good condition, just one short hairline by number 11. There are faint traces of the original retailers name, difficult to read but looks like St Leonards on Sea. The watch has its original gold hands. Subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes with a single chain which measures 34cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
The watch and chain will come in a new presentation box.
