Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The side supports are barley twist and topped with finials. The back legs are also barley twist and the stretchers and front legs are turned and solid carved seats. The caning to the seats is in good order.

The caning to the seats is in good order. Some slight give to the frames commensurate with age (but not too wobbly). Wear and marks commensurate with age to the frames. An old mended split to the back panel of 1 chair.
