Pretty Late Victorian Oak Side Table Desk C1890

Description

Original antique victorian art nouveau oak side table writing desk c1890

This is a lovely antique victorian art nouveau writing table desk and dating from aorund 1890. Constructed form solid oak it has a lovely shaped back rail with swan neck pedament and with a moulded edge to the table top with deep frieze and a single drawer to the centre which is also oak lined and with original brass handle. There is a shaped frieze below and it stands on lovely turned legs.

A most attractive victorian table desk in very good condition with good colour and patination to the oak and I am sure that whoever buys this will be very pleased with their purchase . There is a very faint ring mark to the top but this is hardly noticeable and certainly does not detract from the table.

Measurements: 36" high to pedament top X 31 to table top X 23" to kneehole X 18" deep X 38" wide
