Lovely Regency Dark Mahogany Fold Over Demi Lune Games Table C1800

Description

Pretty antique georgian regency mahogany fold over demi lune table c1800

This is a pretty antique georgian regency mahogany fold over games table and dating from around 1790-1800. It has a squared edge to the demi lune top with deep frieze edged with moulded beading. It folds over by means of a gate leg action and opens to reveal a blue baise which we think is later victorian but in good used condition. It stands on squared reeded tambor legs on a squared foot.

It is in very good condition with lovely colour and original patination to the quality mahogany oozing the charm and character of the period and I am sure that whoever buys this will be very pleased with their purchase.

Measurements: 29" high X 18"deep (closed) X 36" (open) X 36" wide
