Elegant early C19th George IV period 'quartetto' of nesting mahogany occasional tables .

Graduated set of 4 rectangular-topped occasional tables ,raised on finely turned columnar supports onto shaped feet. Each table joined by a curved stretcher to the rear , the tops with a simple moulded edge.

Good original rich patination. The largest table having some minor fading from exposure to sunlight, whilst the other 3 tables retain a consistent darker patination.

The largest table with a very minor shrinkage crack in the grain , though not affecting the integrity or stability of the top .

Useful period set of 4 tables in ready-to-use condition. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
