Description

An absolutely stunning and most unusual Victorian biscuit box made in silver plate by the well renowned silversmith, Martin Hall & Co.

The three elegant tall legs terminate in Lion's paw feet and lead upwards to a floral and foliate terminal to the top. The body is beautifully engraved and the lid is decorated with a foliate raised border which hand-chased.

Excellent condition, the diameter measures 6 1/2" and stands 11 1/2" tall to top of finial.
