An 18th Century Cut Glass Condiment Tub and Silver Spoon

A rare 18th Century cut glass condiment tub and associated silver spoon. This superb example has a hexagonal 'lemon squeezer' base, supporting a cut goblet shaped body. The body has notch and star cut patterns and a beveled undulating rim. The tub is supplied with a hallmarked silver spoon from the same period.

This fine piece is of usable size and would make a useful and attractive addition to a well laid table. Ideas for use are sauces or condiments such as salt, pepper, mustard, mint, cranberry, mayonnaise etc. Dimensions below.
