Large Edwardian Solid Silver Oval Pierced Basket 1905

This stunning LARGE SOLID SILVER BASKET is of oval form with raised pierced sides with and embossed edges.

Made in 1905 by the well-known Sheffield Silversmiths of Boardman, Glossop Ltd., this superb antique basket is made from heavy gauge sterling silver and the pierced sides and border have a lovely foliate and scroll design making this a really outstanding and eye-catching piece.

With little sign of use or wear this fabulous Silver Basket is in excellent condition and would look superb in any setting and would certainly enhance any silver collection.
