Description

Fine late 17th. century oak wainscot arm chair with double panelled back and having bobbin turned arms and front legs and stretcher. Original pine seat. Probably from Cumbria. One or two minor repairs as would be expected on chair of this age. Some old and very dead (treated) worm here and there. Lovely dark colour with wonderful waxed patina. It glows!!

Size; 35" high, 21" wide, 21" deep. 16.5" seat height.
