Antique Victorian Mahogany Pedastal Kneehole Desk C1880

Description

This is a lovely antique victorian pedastal kneehole desk and dating from aorund 1880. Of quality mahogany it has a later tooled leather top set within a moulded cross banded edge. There is a drawer to the centre and to each pedastal there are four graduating drawers all of which are mahogany lined and with original turned mahogany knob handles. It stands on a plinth base on castors. It is panelled to the sides and has a nicely polished panelled back.

Separates into three pieces for ease of transporting.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany it measures:

29" high X knee height 23" X 27" deep X 48" wide.
