Large Antique Pine Double Wardrobe with Shoe Compartment

1900 - 1920
Description

A large antique pine wardrobe with double doors that open to a very good size space. Dating from 1910, it is currently in the bare wood, in very good condition throughout.

The top is very attractive with its unusual sides and neat curves. The doors are hung on the original external hinges, allowing them to open fully.

Inside the wardrobe there is currently a single shelf - a new brass hanging rail will be fitted just below the it. This is included in the price.

At the bottom of the wardrobe is a lift up lid that opens to a storage compartment, originally intended for linen. It can be used to store shoes, bags/belts/hats etc..

It is stood on elegant feet. This wardrobe totally dismantles for delivery.
