Description

Attractive mid 19th.c. pier cabinet or bookcase display c.1860. Just 33" wide. Beautifully figured honey coloured burr walnut veneers arranged in a symmetrical pattern across the top, front and sides. Unusual shaped glass door panel. Fitted inside with two shelves with the original blue velvet lining fabric. Carved acanthus leaf corbels and shaped detail to the plinth. Some minor damage to the veneers, otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
