Wardrobe.
Stunning mahogany wardrobe c.1905.
Fixed centre panel and drawer fronts with exceptional marquetry inlay featuring stylized plant forms with heart shaped centres in mother of pearl, just the kind of Art Nouveau influenced design for which Shapland & Petter became famous. The Art Nouveau theme is continued in the design of the brass handles which are original throughout. Superior quality with solid mahogany sides and drawer linings. Stamped S & P B on the locks. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Splits into two pieces plus cornice and base for ease of delivery.

Washstand.
Fabulous Edwardian era tile top washstand c.1905. Top and back splash with beautiful aqua marine tiles with a piped design of flowers and trees across three larger tiles (probably by Minton) to the back. Flanked with two small shelves and a useful two door cupboard below. Exceptional marquetry inlaid panels featuring stylized plant forms with heart shaped centres in mother of pearl, just the kind of Art Nouveau influenced design for which Shapland & Petter became famous. The Art Nouveau theme is continued in the design of the brass handles which are original throughout. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.

Dressing Table.
Fabulous Edwardian era mahogany dressing table c.1905. Large adjustable dressing mirror held between two cupboard pedestals with drawers below, and a central dressing table with a single drawer and a recessed kneehole with shelf. Exceptional marquetry inlaid panels featuring stylized plant forms with heart shaped centres in mother of pearl, just the kind of Art Nouveau influenced design for which Shapland & Petter became famous. The Art Nouveau theme is continued in the design of the brass handles which are original throughout. Superb quality in solid mahogany throughout. Original locks, clearly stamped S&P B. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
