An All Silver Georgian Letter Opener

Description

A handsome Georgian letter opener with a hallmarked silver handle and blade. The handle is in Kings pattern and features a charming armorial to one side. Possibly converted from a knife, this is a good piece being both practical and decorative.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents or splits to the handle or the blade. General surface wear to the handle commensurate with age and use.

Hallmarks :- Clear and readable - slight loss to the date letter.
