English Victorian Sterling Silver Photograph Frame - 1895

Description

A beautiful antique English sterling silver Photograph frame with a pretty ribbon and bow crowning the top.

The backing is the original in red leather incorporating a folding easel stand. The glass in place to protect your picture is the original bevelled glass, a true sign of quality.

The silver is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1895, a true Victorian example; the makers marks are also present for the top-notch silversmith, James Deakin & Sons - John & William Deakin.

Excellent condition (minor wear commensurate with age) measuring 7 3/4" tall x 5 1/4" wide with the aperture measuring 5 1/4" x 3 5/8".
