A fine Japanese Meiji period bronze tsuba decorated with a landscape scene with a chiselled stream and tree, onlaid with bronze flowers and gold rocks depicting an onlaid terrapin scurrying for the stream as an immortal fly’s overhead on the back of a crane.
This beautiful bronze tzuba comes in a presentation box and is in excellent overall condition measuring 2 ½ inches in diameter.
