Merchant House Antiques has dated this piece to the 1860s.
The top section has two richly figured mahogany panel doors with a working key. These doors open to reveal four sliding trays for bed linen. We can fit a solid brass hanging rail should that be requested for hanging clothes in this section.
Shown here in best showroom condition having been thoroughly checked over, lightly refurbished and then wax polished to enhance the mellow antique patination. This antique linen press dismantles into four pieces for transporting. Dimensions: Height 82 ins., width 54 ins., depth 23 ins.
