Octave Pycke was a mainly a landscape painter but he also painted still lifes and sculpted.. He painted in the post-impressionist style and studied at the Craps Institute. He took part in several exhibitions and has work owned by the municipality of Anderlecht. He is listed in the Benezit Dictionary of Artists.
