Elmgarden has dated this piece to the 1920s.
Inside the box has 3 removable trays and mostly there are at least 2 layers of blocks in each tray. We estimate there are over 200 building blocks in the set, the blocks are in cotswold stone in 2 light shades and in a dark slate colour, the blocks come in many shapes and sizes and there are also some unused painted card roofs and wooden joists.
