Description

An Early 18th Century Wall Mirror.

The rectangular ebony frame in a stepped mould profile, with square tablets to each corner. The tablets, and inner frame veneered in tortoise shell, with the inner edge of the frame finished with a reeded scallop slip, enclosing the original plate and wood panel back.

Date c 1730.

Height 26 1/2 inches, width 22 inches, depth 1 inch.
