This is a rare and very unusual Paper Roll Cutter, the stand is made in Beech and Iron, we know it is from a sweet shop as it has 3 dimensional letters set into the top which read “CADBURY”, it holds 2 rolls of paper, the roll holders are set behind a heavy serrated cutting edge, so that when you pull the paper from the dispenser, it can be torn neatly from the roll
The cutter is in very good condition and still has a 2 rolls of wrapping paper in place
The Frame of the dispenser is 20” long x 25” high and it is 8” deep
