A wonderful Victorian cane or parasol handle was used to create a stunning large desk-top magnifying glass.

Beautifully hand carved, the detailing is excellent enhanced with painted beak and beautiful glass eyes.

The magnifier itself is of course new, making it totally usable and clear, free of scratches and with excellent magnification; as useful as beautiful. The glass is a great large size with a diameter measuring 5".

The entire piece is in excellent condition and measuring an impressive 13 1/2" in length.
