Description

A charming small 3 height oak chest of drawers in Art Deco style. In a wonderfully figured quarter-sawn oak it features 2 small drawers over 2 graduated drawers with original Art Deco drop handles and stands on turned legs culminating in original casters. To the top is a stepped and carved gallery back. With makers label to inside top drawer: “Whittles Makers Blackburn & Accrington”.

Oak / Plywood sides

Condition Report:

Good condition, warm colour and patina. A few marks and scuffs commensurate with age.
