Pair Victorian Fire Dogs

19th century
Description

Dating from around the last part of the 19th C to early 20thC, this pair of brass fire dogs are in very good condition and are solid brass and a good weight.

The front measures 35cm in height; the back is 23cm and the bar to hold the fire tongs is 20cm in length. The front feet are 18.5cm in width.

There is no signs of damage or repair on either, and we have included postage and packing within the UK mainland only in the price. For remote parts or for delivery outside the mainland, please contact us for a quote.

They can be viewed by appointment with us in Surrey as we no longer sell through a retail outlet.
