Description

A splendid serpentine fronted burr walnut chest of drawers. Of excellent construction in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. This chest is of gentle serpentine form and has an arrangement of 4 long, graduated drawers all fitted with their original charming brass swan-neck handles. The drawer fronts are cross banded with feather dart banding. The top of the chest is fitted with booked matched veneers and is cross banded to the edges. The whole chest stands well on elegant out-swept bracket feet. We have had this lovely chest sympathetically repolished to a very high standard. It is now offered for sale in excellent overall condition with a great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
