Small 18th.c. Potboard Welsh Dresser C.1790.

Description

Gorgeous little late 18th.c. South Wales cottage dresser c.1790. Low open back plate rack with a moulded cornice and two shelves over an open dresser base. The top features an unusual raised plate stand with mahogany inlaid front. Five drawers with period brass handles over an apron with three shaped arches. Raised on turned front legs joined with a potboard display shelf with the original deal boards. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
