A Wonderful Cut Through French Scent Bottle

Description

A wonderful cut through French scent bottle in Bristol blue dating from c1890. This charming example has a slice cut, squat baluster shaped bottle raised on a small foot. The neck is flared to the top and hourglass in shape with a rounded knop to the centre. The teardrop hollow blown stopper is stylishly cut to echo the cutting and decoration to the bottle. A lovely and collectable example.
