Regency Mahogany Reading Table. Circa 1810

19th century
Description

Fine Regency fiddleback mahogany reading table with oblong cut cornered top inlaid with ebony lines having a flip out hinged rest at bottom. Standing on well turned column onto out-swept tripod legs with brass ball feet. The top is adjustable both to angle and height. All in fine un-touched original condition with no repairs or damage. Just a couple of small marks to top. Fine colour with great waxed patina.

Size; 29" high (closed). Top 17" x 16"
