The catch works perfectly and snaps shut when closed; once opened, the interior reveals a lavishly gilded finish with a full hallmark for London 1910, making this a late Edwardian piece and a true antique example.

Superb quality and condition measuring 5" x 3 1/8" x 1"; weight: 5.68 Troy Ounces / 176.8 Grams.
