Description

A 19th Century Silver Plated Wine Funnel.

The lift out cup with a gadroon rim, and petal shaped straining centre. The rim with a shaped neck bracket. The main body of broad cup shape, tapering downward toward the of set spout end. The body with air vent ribs and collar. Of proper seamed construction and very good condition. The inner collar stamped and dated for 1866.

Height 6 1/2 inches, diameter 3 3/4 inches.
